The series starts with a prime example of "juerification" (the altering to fit a purpose with whatever is hanging around) — [Lights and mirror to see what the heck I’m cutting]  In this case the piece of equipment is an old router mortiser. The doors are taking shape. Gobs was done yesterday while I was out in my garden moving plants. It was balmy out. Notice the barefoot woodworker. He was SMOKIN'.  I like the shot where he shifts into second gear.
 
 
 
 
I've gone with a very utilitarian joint rather than the odd triangle one I thought about using —  another time and place for that.
 
 
The shot below shows a small V groove designed to give a nice landing for sealant once the panels are installed. There will be a water-shedding bevel on the other side.
